Submission Guidelines and Manuscript Preparation
The Journal of Stem Cell Therapy and Transplantation (JSTT) welcomes the submission of high-quality research articles, reviews, case reports, and short communications in the fields of stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, and transplantation. The journal aims to serve as a platform for the latest innovations, clinical trials, and advancements in stem cell-based therapies and their applications in the treatment of various diseases.
Types of Manuscripts
We accept the following types of manuscripts for submission:
- Original Research Articles: These articles should present original findings related to stem cell therapy, transplantation methods, regenerative medicine, and related therapeutic applications.
- Review Articles: In-depth reviews summarizing the current state of knowledge, recent trends, and clinical applications in stem cell therapy and transplantation.
- Short Communications: Brief reports of recent research or novel findings in the field of stem cell therapy and transplantation.
- Case Reports: Detailed accounts of patient treatments, clinical outcomes, and novel observations in stem cell therapy or transplantation.
- Letters to the Editor: Concise communications discussing recent developments, offering new perspectives, or responding to previously published works.
Manuscript Submission Process
To submit a manuscript to JSTT, authors must follow the guidelines below:
- Manuscript Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Ensure that all sections are clearly labeled and organized according to the guidelines.
- Title Page: Include the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact details.
- Abstract: Provide a concise abstract (150-250 words) outlining the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your research.
- Keywords: List 3-5 keywords relevant to your research for search and indexing purposes.
- Introduction: State the purpose of the research, including background information and objectives.
- Materials and Methods: Clearly describe the materials, methods, and techniques used in the research.
- Results and Discussion: Present and analyze the findings of your study. Discuss the significance and implications of your results.
- Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and discuss their potential clinical or scientific impact.
- References: Citations should follow the National Library of Medicine (NLM) referencing style. All references should be numbered sequentially in the order of citation.
Figures and Tables
Figures and tables must be submitted with high resolution (300 DPI for figures) and should be clearly labeled with descriptive captions. Authors should reference all figures and tables within the manuscript text.
- Figures: Submit figures in .JPEG, .PNG, or .TIFF formats. Ensure high clarity and color contrast for visibility.
- Tables: Tables should be numbered consecutively and clearly formatted. Avoid large tables, and ensure that abbreviations are defined within the table.
Ethical Approval and Consent
For studies involving human participants, animal models, or stem cell-based research, ethical approval from an appropriate review board is required. Authors must include a statement of ethical approval and participant consent in their manuscript if applicable.
Plagiarism Check
All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. Articles with substantial similarities to previously published works will be rejected.
Manuscript Review and Acceptance
Each manuscript will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted along with a point-by-point response to the reviewers’ feedback.
