Refund Policy
The Journal of Stem Cell Therapy and Transplantation strives to maintain transparency and fairness in its financial transactions and refund policies, ensuring that the interests of both authors and the journal are protected. We aim to provide authors with a professional, seamless publishing experience that is aligned with the highest standards of academic publishing.
Once an author has paid the Article Processing Charges (APCs), the fee is considered non-refundable. If an author decides to withdraw the manuscript after payment has been made, or if an author has paid an advance but retracts their commitment to full payment after publication, no refund will be provided.
The journal operates on a clear and well-structured process that begins immediately upon submission. This includes evaluation, peer review management, editorial assistance, and formatting. Given the time and resources invested in these steps, refunds are not applicable once the process has started.
In rare and exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, the journal may consider refund requests. Authors must submit a formal written request, along with payment proof, and the Editorial Board will assess each case individually.
To avoid potential issues, authors are advised to double-check all payment details before completing transactions. The Journal of Stem Cell Therapy and Transplantation is committed to upholding ethical financial policies while delivering efficient, high-quality publishing services to its authors.
